H.E. Masaood Al Masaood is Treasurer of the Board of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI),
and Vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Family Business Council (ADFBC). A graduate of Business Management from
the Higher Colleges of Technology in Abu Dhabi, he has built a distinguished career across investment, energy
services, governance, and entrepreneurship.
As Vice President of Al Masaood Oil and Gas, he led strategic restructuring and digital transformation, supporting
regional expansion across the GCC. He is also the ocial representative of the UAE Japan Society, strengthening
bilateral cultural and business ties.
In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Emirates Angel Investors Association, where he supports the growth of the
entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem in the UAE.
Masaood also serves as Chairman of the Social Responsibility Committee for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, advancing
community welfare and corporate social responsibility.
