Ashish Koshy is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience in driving large-scale AI and technology initiatives across multiple industries. At Inception, he leads the development of an integrated ecosystem of AI-powered solutions, partnering with public and private sectors to accelerate innovation.

Known for his entrepreneurial approach, Ashish excels at transforming challenges into growth opportunities. He spearheads national programs and strategic initiatives that deliver substantial commercial and societal impact. He also chairs the Board of Directors at Malaffi, the region’s first unified health information exchange platform.

Before Inception42, Ashish served as Group Chief Operating Officer at M42. Prior to that, he was the CEO and founding member of G42 Healthcare and transformed it into a regional leader.

Forbes named him one of the Top 100 Healthcare Leaders in the Middle East (2022-2023), and Fast Company Middle East recognized him among the top 50 leaders shaping AI in the region.

Ashish holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and an MSc in Computer Networks from Middlesex University, UK.
