Rajesh Ranjan is the Head of Investments at Ali & Sons Holding, a diversified Abu Dhabi-based conglomerate.

He leads the group’s global investment program, overseeing allocations across private equity, venture capital, private credit, infrastructure, etc. In addition to fund investments, he is actively involved in direct investments, M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and new business initiatives aligned with the group’s long-term growth objectives.

Rajesh has more than 20 years of experience across investment management, alternative investments, and corporate finance, having previously worked with family offices and international financial institutions. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
